- Automated Patient Reminders: Appointments are logged instantly into our dedicated booking system to trigger SMS confirmation and reminder sequences.
- External Calendar Push: Booked appointments push automatically to your Google/Outlook calendar for instant visibility on your desktop or mobile devices.
Note on POS/Practice Management Syncing: If your practice uses third-party scheduling apps (such as GlossGenius), Gabby reads availability via live calendar sync. External app sync intervals depend on the third party's mobile/web refresh capabilities, which we configure and verify with you during onboarding.
